When accessing Zapper’s QR Code scan page:
Click the link to the page intended for QR Code generation.
Wait up to 2 minutes for the code to be generated automatically, without taking any further action.
Avoid clicking the green "refresh" button or manually reloading the page before this time.
If the QR Code doesn’t appear after 2 minutes, refresh the page using F5 and wait again.
⚠️ Even if an error message is displayed during loading, wait the full 2 minutes before taking any action. In many cases, the QR Code is still generated despite the initial alert.
🕒 Check Your Machine’s Clock
It’s crucial that the machine accessing Zapper has the correct local time settings. Time differences greater than 2 minutes can prevent the QR Code from being generated.
Please ensure with your IT team that all relevant devices have correctly configured clocks and are synced with a reliable time server.
🔒 Network and Security Checks
Some network or security configurations can interfere with QR Code generation. We recommend checking:
Active antivirus on the machine — try disabling it temporarily and test again;
Browser extensions (such as translators or ad blockers) — try disabling them or using incognito/private mode;
Network firewall rules — verify if anything may be blocking connections used by Zapper;
Testing in other browsers or devices may help isolate the issue.
