Below, we provide a detailed explanation on how to use and interpret the Records tab:

1. Accessing the Records Tab:

To view logs, log in to your Zapper account.

Navigate to the "Records" section in the main menu or control panel.

2. Types of Registered Shares:

  • Logins: View information about each access to your account, including date, time and location.

  • Changes to Policies/Rules: Records of all modifications made to policies, rules or account settings.

  • Sent Invitations: Track sent invitations and their status, providing a clear view of interactions with other users.

  • QR Code Scanning: Track when your registered employees successfully scan the QR Code.

Each log entry includes specific information about the action performed, such as the responsible user, date, time, and relevant details of the operation.

3. Filters

Use filtering features to target specific records based on dates, action types, or users involved.

The Records tab is a fundamental tool for security and auditing purposes, allowing immediate identification of suspicious or unauthorized activities.
