1. Dashboard
In the General tab of the Dashboard, you can monitor general statistics about employee communication with clients.
By selecting a specific period, you can view the total number of messages sent and received over the last six months by the monitored contacts, as well as the format of the messages (text, video, image, audio, sticker, file). Some charts will have a static visualization, which we’ll discuss further below.

You can also use filters by Groups (the groups created in Zapper Control), Agents (employees), and Contacts (Leads):
3. Big Numbers
The big numbers in the Analytics Dashboard display the following:
AGENTS: Number of registered agents
AGENT MESSAGES: How many messages the agents exchanged
CONTACTS: Number of contacts who exchanged messages with agents
SAVED CONTACTS: Number of contacts saved by agents after message exchanges
CONTACT MESSAGES: Total messages received by agents
In the charts below, you’ll see the following views:
STATIC CHART: Not affected by the period selection filter. Simply hover over it to view the data.
PIE CHART: Type of message sent (text, image, audio, and others).
Each panel displays charts that show distinct statistics. For example:
DISTRIBUTION OF AGENT MESSAGES: Messages sent by employees over the last month.
DISTRIBUTION OF CONTACT MESSAGES: Messages sent by leads over the last month
DISTRIBUTION OF MESSAGES OVER THE LAST MONTH: Total messages exchanged between leads and agents.
BEST COMMUNICATION TIMES: Uses message exchange charts to determine the best times to contact leads.
You can use the message type filter to analyze the content by Agents or Contacts.
Analytics provides a weekly variation in communication data, offering even more specific insights such as the day and hour. The darker the chart, the higher the volume of messages, allowing you to analyze statistics and identify patterns.
4. Top Agentes
TOP AGENTS: Includes 3 static charts showing the employees who sent and received the most messages to leads, as well as the agents with the most contacts.
5. Top Contatos
TOP CONTACTS: Displays the leads who send and receive the most messages.
You can also visualize the distribution of messages over the last month, the weekly variation in agent communication, and individual statistics for each agent in terms of message volume.
