Check how the events tab works

Updated over 3 weeks ago

In the EVENTS tab, the administrator and manager will have access to all alerts for suspicious messages, that is, messages that have triggered some compliance screening:

By clicking on the captured event, you will be able to view the entire conversation history to assess the context in more detail:

By clicking on export, you can view your entire history, exported in CSV format:

CLASSIFYING EVENTS:

Administrators and managers can also evaluate captured events and assign classifications to them based on the analysis performed. An event can be classified as:

UNCLASSIFIED - Must be classified by the Administrator.

RESOLVED - Event that has already been evaluated, validated, and an effective action has already been applied by the company.

FALSE POSITIVE - Event that has already been evaluated and, considering the context, did not require the application of an effective action by the company.

PENDING - Event that has just been captured and still needs a more detailed evaluation to be classified.

FILTERS IN THE EVENTS TAB:

The EVENTS tab also has display filters to refine data analysis. Therefore, administrators and managers can:

Filter by a specific monitored AGENT:

Simply type the desired name to filter messages involving a specific CONTACT:

It is also possible to filter events associated with a specific contact by searching by CONTACT PHONE NUMBER:

There is also the possibility of filtering events that are associated with a specific group by selecting the GROUPS filter:

It is also possible to filter by the classification STATUS assigned to the events, that is, RESOLVED, UNCLASSIFIED, FALSE POSITIVE, and PENDING:

By clicking on RISK, it is possible to filter events according to the risk they present, that is: LOW, MODERATE and HIGH:

And by clicking on PERIOD, you can determine a specific timeframe to evaluate the captured messages, by clicking on the first desired date and the last one:

Finally, the POLICY filter indicates the compliance criteria to which the captured events belong:
