See which data is displayed in the Compliance tab of Zapper Analytics

The Compliance tab in Zapper Analytics is entirely related to Suspicious Events generated in Zapper Control.

1.Filters

You can filter the information on the page using the following filters:

  • Period: Select a specific period to view the captured Suspicious Events and other information.

  • Group: Groups of Agents created in Control.

  • Agent: View information for a specific Agent.

  • Status: Filter Suspicious Events by their status (New, Pending, Resolved, or False Positive).

  • Policy: Filter information related to a specific policy only.

2. Big Numbers

  • Alerts: Number of Suspicious Events generated.

  • Agents: Number of employees who triggered any type of alert.

  • Rules: Number of rules that were triggered.

  • Policies: Number of policies that were triggered.

3. Charts and Listings

Alert Classification

The Alert Classification chart displays how many Suspicious Events fall under each classification.

Risk Classification

The Risk Classification chart shows how many Suspicious Events fall under each risk level.

Total Alerts by Group

The Total Alerts by Group listing shows, without needing to apply a filter, the total number of alerts per Group previously configured in Zapper Control. It also displays the number of alerts for each risk.

Total Alerts by Agent

The Total Alerts by Agent listing shows, without needing to apply a filter, the total number of alerts per Agent connected in Zapper Control. It also displays the number of alerts for each risk.

4. Analysis of Most Frequent Alerts

In the Analysis of Most Frequent Alerts, you can see which rules most frequently triggered compliance review:

By hovering over the chart, you can view detailed data.
