Password Reset

When the default password is reset within the Zapper tool (and this is done by our team), the user does not receive an automatic email with a new password. This email will only be sent after the user goes through the flow via the 'Forgot your password?' option and then 'Reset Password' as per the step-by-step instructions with images below:

STEP 1: Enter your registered email in Zapper and then click on Forgot your password?

STEP 2: Enter your registered email in the tool again and click on Send Reset Instructions:

STEP 3: You will receive an email like the one below. Click on Create New Password:
