Creating Groups
Click on the GROUPS tab.
Enter the desired Group name in the designated field.
Click on "New Group".
In the "description" field, write the information you prefer to better identify the created groups:
Deletion of Deactivated Members
Step 1: Settings menu, Contacts tab, click on SHOW DEACTIVATED:
This will allow you to view all DEACTIVATED contacts and in which group they are inserted. This way, it will be easier to determine which ones you want to delete. See:
Step 2: Go to the Members tab, check the GROUP BY GROUPS option to simplify your search, and find the desired group, like this:
Step 3: After that, in the group of your interest, click on the arrow to view all its members:
Step 4: Then, locate the member you want to remove from the group in question, check the box next to their name:
Step 5: Finally, click on REMOVE:
