Filters

1. Filter by Agent

You can filter by monitored agents to see individually the type of media sent and received by each one of them.

2. Filter by Contact name

You can view the media belonging to the conversation with the desired contact:

You can view the media associated with the conversation using the contact's phone number.

4. Filter by media type

You can view media individually, filtering by audio, video, image, and documents:
