The Zapper Indicators tab allows you to monitor, in a centralized manner, the main data of your operation. With it, you can analyze performance, interaction volume, and compliance indicators without needing to access external tools.

📈 General Indicators
In the General section, you can track metrics related to agent activity and interaction volume.

You can refine your analysis using filters such as:
Period (e.g., 1 day, 7 days, 1 month, up to 1 year)
Specific agent
Service inbox
These filters help to better understand the operation's behavior in different contexts

The Compliance section allows you to monitor potential risks and ensure that the operation is following the defined policies.

🤖 AI Analysis (Copilot)
The Indicators tab features an AI copilot that helps interpret the data displayed on the screen.
With it, you can:
Identify trends
Detect spikes or unusual behavior
Obtain summarized data analyses
ℹ️ The AI only analyzes the data visible on the screen at the time of the query.
⚡ Data Update
The data displayed in the Indicators tab is updated automatically, providing an always up-to-date view of the operation.
